Job Responsibilities

Our client SGA Conveyor Systems is currently seeking a Traveling Installation Supervisor to work on assembly and installation of transport and automation solutions.

As an Installation Supervisor, you will be a key part of the team. You will plan, lead, and allocate work for the assemblers in your team, both at our workshop in Kinna and on-site with customers – in Sweden and internationally, which involves many days of travel for work.

You will be an active part of the team and participate in tasks such as:

Mechanical assembly
Installation and wiring
Connection of motors and testing of facilities

You will work closely with project managers and customers to ensure that each project is successful, from installation to operation.

This is an exciting full-time position with a lot of responsibility and opportunities for travel and development. You will be an important part of a dedicated team that values your work ethic, commitment, and ability to foster a good team spirit.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in team leadership and is comfortable taking responsibility. You have previous experience in machine installation and are a problem solver who can handle unexpected situations with a smile. Furthermore, you enjoy traveling and meeting new customers, where you represent the company professionally and make use of your service-oriented and communicative skills.

Requirements

Driver's license (B)
Forklift license
Comfortable speaking and writing in both Swedish and English
Good computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of reading technical drawings
Skilled in machine-electrics
Certificates for Scissor Lift and Hot Work
